terms & conditions of service
By commissioning with me with any service,
you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of Service below mentioned.

Behaviour Terms
Any ill-advised or rude behavior WON'T be tolerated.
You wouldn't work for free, and neither will I, if you might be considering to ask for free work, don't waste my and your time.
If after making the commission order you ask for SHARING MY WORK as a payment method, you'll be BLOCKED at once.
If any of the aforementioned behaviour occurs, I have the totally right to CANCEL the commission anytime.
I WON'T do:

Gore (Intense);
-
Requests which contains racism, homophobia,
-
and any other known kind of discrimination WON'T be tolerated;
-
Requests which contains ped@philia, z@@philia or necr@ph!lia WON'T be tolerated.

Commissioner Satisfaction
Once the commission has preceded to the Delivering Stage, only actually small changes may be made.
Examples of 'Small Changes':
-
Simple color changing;
-
Lineart mistakes (lines out of its place, etc.);
-
Post-effects (Photoshop lightning and effects);
-
Texts (if requested).
Any bigger changes will come with extra charge, depending on its complexity, may cost up to 10% of the commission price.
Examples of 'Big Changes':
-
Outfit changes;
-
Background changes;
-
Anything that might make me redraw some part of the finished Commission.

Cancelling &
Refunding Policy
If the payment has not been received yet, the commissioner have the right to cancel the commission.
I, the artist, have the right to refund the money and stop the commission anytime if I feel like to.
You, the commissioner, have no right to request a refund from the artist once the commission process has already started and the payment is received.
You can cancel the receiving of the commission, yet I'll keep doing it until I feel satisfied and it'll be upon the possibility of selling to a new buyer, if it not inflicts with an original character copyright policy, but I'm still able to use it as commission example only, as said in Copyright & Usage Policy.
The artist holds the right to give a complaint, if necessary.
The artist retains the right to all money given from the commissioner.

The Commission Worktime Period
The time for the commission to be done can be
up to 1~3 weeks depending on many factors.
These factors include, but are not limited to:

My personal physical and mental health;
-
Order in which the commission was requested, there may be others in front of yours;
-
The complexity of the Commission (how complex is the background, character[s], etc.);
-
College homework and projects;
-
Family issues;
-
Etc.
REMINDER: If any of the stated things above happens, the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible.

Copyright &
Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold EVERY right to the produced piece, going from the sketch to the final product, and NOT the commissioner.
Therefore, I have the total right to use my copyrighted work to:
-
Promote myself within any physical place, website or social media;
-
Publish and print your order as a paid commission;
-
Display it anywhere as much as I like.
DECLAIMER: If the commission contain any personal feature of yours, such as your face (caricature), my ethic don't allow me to use it without the commissioner consent;
But, it does not stop me to use it as Commission Examples if I want to (If it's not more than a simple pose or portrait).
The commissioner is allowed to:

Use the requested artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise;
-
To print and use the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself;
-
Use the art to promote themselves with right and proper credits to the artist (me).
If you, the commissioner, violates this Copyright & Usage Policy in any way, you WILL lose every right related to the commission, with no mentioning of legal procedures.
The following actions are considered Copyright & Usage Policy infringement:

Using the requested artwork commercially without the artist approvement (Using the artist commissioned work for monetary profit in any way);
-
Taking responsibility and credit for the creation of the produced artwork;
-
Removing any watermarks/signatures contained;
-
Altering the artwork without my (the artist) consent (Adding filters does not count as artwork altering).
With Commercial Rights you are allowed to:
-
Make any sort of merchandise with the requested artwork (such as t-shirts, stickers, and whatever pleases you the most);
-
Use it as books, album covers, and change it to your liking and promote with your own brand with;
-
Nevertheless credit is still required for usage of the artwork regardless if it's altered or edited, I still must be credited.
The purchase of Commercial Rights to the artwork will always be 300% or higher of the final artwork price (including possible changes such as mentioned in Commissioner Satisfaction).
